About Isabel
I'm an independent illustrator, based in South Wales, specialising in visual and graphic communication to enhance learning and understanding of a range of topics - whether wellbeing subjects like mindfulness and yoga, environmental issues, or heritage stories.
With a background in museum heritage learning and interpretation, I've researched, designed and curated exhibitions. I've written and illustrated learning resources, picturebooks and instructions to help decipher and investigate complex topics.
A quiet activist and a self-published children's picturebook author, my interests focus on socially active subjects that support society to live well (through good health and wellbeing) as well as to foster tenderness and compassion for all living things, teaching us to value and care for the planet.
